Lot Decision

1. Information we collect

We collect account information supplied by you or your sign-in provider, such as your email address, display name, provider identifier, and account role. We also store your search settings, saved listings, favorites, report orders, credit activity, and other actions needed to operate your workspace.

Our hosting and application services may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, request path, timestamps, error details, and security events.

2. Property and source data

Lot Decision processes listing and parcel information from listing providers, public records, county and city GIS services, permit systems, mapping providers, and other property-data sources. This information generally describes properties rather than service users.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide searches and reports, calculate and reuse property analyses, manage credits, personalize workspaces, prevent fraud and misuse, troubleshoot the service, and improve reliability and scoring quality.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights and security, or complete a business transaction. Providers may include Supabase for authentication and PostgreSQL hosting, Render for application hosting, Google for mapping or identity, Microsoft for identity, and property-data or government-data services used to prepare reports.

We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies and sessions

We use secure session cookies to keep you signed in and protect authenticated pages. These cookies are necessary for the service to function. Identity providers may use their own cookies under their respective policies.

6. Retention and security

We retain account and workspace information while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security and audit records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

You may update available account and search settings in the application. You may ask the administrator for your account to correct or delete personal information, subject to legal, security, billing, and backup-retention requirements. You can sign out to remove active Lot Decision session cookies from your browser.

8. Children

Lot Decision is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service and its providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Privacy questions and requests may be submitted through the support contact provided with your Lot Decision account.
